The Editorial Board of the LGU-Camalig website holds meeting today to discuss initial systems and applications, Mayor’s Office conference room, 3rd flr., Mytalic Bldg., Camalig Municipal Hall, Brgy. 2, Poblacion, Camalig, Albay.
The team plans to reconfigure and redesign its website purposely to maximize government services especially in the timely and accurate delivery of information, official and departmental functions, digital transactions, ongoing operations, and future programs of LGU-Camalig.
Said site is also set to serve as a platform to showcase Camalig’s rich tourism and cultural heritage, and a digital tool in raising awareness regarding disaster preparedness, response, and recovery.
Valuing the importance of community engagement, social acceptability, and local development, Camalig Local Chief Executive, Hon. Carlos Irwin G. Baldo, Jr. suggested for the website to include a “Feedback Corner” in order for LGU-Camalig to better connect with its constituents and ensure that their various needs and pressing concerns will be addressed.
LGU-Camalig eyes to complete the www.camalig.gov.ph website this March, 2021.
Members of the Editorial Board of the LGU-Camalig website are scheduled to convene regularly to formulate additional site ideas and intervention priorities for the benefit of the general public.
