Pursuant to IATF-EID Resolution No. 124-5, fully-vaccinated persons will only need to present their vaccination card for interzonal travel as well as for intrazonal movement provided that the administered vaccines are included in the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) List or Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration or Emergency Use Listing of the World Health Organization (WHO).
Note: No need to present Swab/AntiGen/Rapid test results or undergo quarantine upon arrival to the LGU of destination

A: The movement of people, goods and services between localities under the same community quarantine classification
Example: Cavite (GCQ) to Camalig (GCQ)
A fully vaccinated individual is someone who has more than or equal to 2 weeks after having received the second dose in a 2-dose vaccine.
