LGU-Camalig issues Executive Order No. 38 otherwise known as, “An Order Reimplementing the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in the Municipality of Camalig, Albay in Response to the Alarming Increase of COVID-19 Cases”
All residents of the municipality including workers, visitors and the general public shall observe the following protocols:
1.1 Minimum public health standards as prescribed by the DOH and such related protocols or guidelines issued by the appropriate government shall be complied with at all times for the duration of the ECQ such as:
• social/physical distancing
• wearing of face mask/shield
• proper hand hygiene
• cough etiquette
1.2 Following persons will not be allowed to leave the house (except listed as APOR (Authorized Person Outside of Residence) and/or engaging in Indispensable Travel/purposes):
• Children (0 – 18 years old)
• Elderly (65 years old and above)
• People with high-risk health issues
• Pregnant Women
1.3 Curfew hours are in effect (9:00PM to 4:00AM);
1.4 The selling and consumption of liquors, alcoholic beverages, coconut wines, other nature wines and the like that cause intoxication are hereby prohibited; entertainment venues shall likewise be closed along with the prohibition of videoke singing;
1.5 Gatherings outside of residences shall be prohibited. Gatherings at residences with any person outside of one’s immediate household shall likewise be prohibited. However, gatherings that are essential for the provision of health and rescue services shall be allowed;
1.6 Mass gatherings such as but not limited to weddings, confirmations shall be prohibited;
1.7 Face to face classes and the distribution and retrieval of modules shall be temporarily prohibited to prevent heightened chance of possible transmission to learners and the educational institution;
1.8 Cockfighting, talpakan, and other similar activities are hereby prohibited;
1.9 Indoor and outdoor dining shall not be allowed and must be limited to take out policy;
1.10 Contact sports such as but not limited to basketball and volleyball in which players have a heightened possibility of making any form of purposeful or accidental physical contact are prohibited.
