Kiwanis International Philippine Luzon District in partnership with LGU-Camalig led an outreach activity for children today, Camalig South Central School (CSCS), Brgy. Ilawod.
 
In cooperation with the Division 5B Clubs of Kiwanis, a total of two hundred and forty (240) children participated in poster/slogan making, action fun dance, and story-telling activities – the children were also given “Bata Ikaw ang Bida” fun packs.
 
Camalig Local Chief Executive, Hon. Carlos “Caloy” Irwin G. Baldo, Jr. likewise expressed gratitude to Kiwanis for its recent project, highlighting his commitment in continuously being a cooperative partner in the future projects Kiwanis especially that the projects focus on bettering the lives of the general public especially the vulnerable sectors in the town.
 
Said project also complements the development thrusts of LGU-Camalig specifically the promotion of an inclusive approach in public service through the prioritization of child-centric interventions.
