LGU-Camalig eyes to provide assistance to financially challenged and deserving College Students and Senior High School Alternative Learning System (ALS) Learners as support to the educational expenses of said individuals.
 
Guidelines for Senior High School ALS Learners:
1. Must be a Filipino and a residents of Camalig, Albay
2. Must have at least 85% General Weighted Average (GWA)
3. Is not a grantee of any other scholarship or any FY 2022 Nationally Funded Assistance program such as SPES and GIP
4. Is not a member of 4Ps
5. Is not a beneficiary of any educational assistance program under a certain public or private agency
 
Requirements:
1. Duly accomplished application form
2. Certificate of residency from the barangay
3. Certified true copy of certificate of registration and/or certificate of grades from the school currently enrolled; and
4. Photocopy of school ID
 
Guidelines for College Student/s:
1. Must be a Filipino and a residents of Camalig, Albay
2. Must be a college student presently enrolled in a certified and recognized State University or College Educational Institution
3. Must have at least 85% or 2.75 General Weighted Average (GWA)
4. Is not a grantee of any other scholarship or any FY 2022 Nationally Funded Assistance program such as SPES and GIP
5. Is not a member of 4Ps
6. Is not a beneficiary of any educational assistance program under a certain public or private agency
 
Requirements:
1. Duly accomplished application form
2. Certificate of residency from the barangay
3. Certified true copy of certificate of registration and/or certificate of grades from the school currently enrolled; and
4. Photocopy of school ID
 
Applicants may kindly coordinate with LYDO, Rose Ann B. Mostaza, PESO-Designee, Meriam V. Nocillado, and/or GAD Focal Person, Chyrel A. San Andres at the Municipal Planning & Development Office (MPDO), 2nd flr., Mytalic Bldg., Camalig Municipal Hall, Brgy. 2, Poblacion, Camalig, Albay.
 
Interested applicants can submit the requirements starting today, November 2-21, 2022, 9AM-12NN, Monday-Friday, at the MPDO. Applicants are still subject for assessment and only those who have not availed any scholarship/grant will be given priority.
