Regional Marketing Team of DITO Telecommunity holds a dialogue with Camalig Local Chief Executive, Hon. Carlos “Caloy” Irwin G. Baldo Jr. today to advertise and extend its offered services in town.

LGU-Camalig, through the Municipal Tourism and Cultural Heritage Office (MTCHO) led by Municipal Tourism Officer, Mr. Jed L. Villanueva, tends to incorporate its programs toward comprehensive tourism promotion with the services offered by the said telecommunications company.

One of the initial plans identified by the two institutions was the provision of tourism signage which will primarily serve as one of the strategies of the local government for its destination marketing and management in order to attract more visitors by providing them a way-finding or direction linked to another tourist attraction and experiences accessible in the area.

This newly formed partnership is a way forward in the local government’s drive toward a leveled-up economy, complementing its tourism development and marketing plan by continuously welcoming viable partnerships that could serve as an avenue for sustained innovations.
