The Local School Board (LSB) of Camalig convened for its regular monthly meeting to discuss updates of the north and south district projects. The activity, held at the Mayor’s Office, saw the full participation of council members.
 
Camalig Mayor Hon. CarlosCaloy” Irwin G. Baldo Jr. presided over the meeting, which focused on the Special Education Fund (SEF). The board reviewed the procurement and disbursement of completed and ongoing projects, noting that actual receipts reached 84.46% of the target.
 
The discussion also explored the local government’s efforts in addressing school facility issues, including building maintenance and other essential matters.
 
In his message, Mayor Caloy emphasized the importance of teamwork and collaboration in resolving raised concerns, stating, “Ayuson ta. Resolberan ta. Pag kaypwan tabang, magpatabang. Magtarabangan kita tabing mapadali ang trabaho.” he said.
 
The board is set to conduct the Municipal Federated Election (MFE) this afternoon.
