Deogracias Nature Park has finally opened its doors to the public, following the official opening of the town’s newest tourist destination located at Brgy. Baligang, Camalig, Albay.
Owned by the Iglesia siblings, Deogracias Nature Park is a fresh addition to the town’s collection of tourist destinations. With its enchanting landscape and diverse flora and fauna, it is anticipated to attract nature enthusiasts, and tourists and locals alike.
In a previous statement, Camalig Local Chief Executive, Hon. Carlos “Caloy” Irwin G. Baldo, Jr. highlighted the significant role of the new park in bolstering Camalig as a prime tourist destination.
He emphasized the positive influence of such attractions in fostering economic stability and creating more employment opportunities for the Camaligueños.
“Dahil sa mga tourist attractions na ayo kita, napa ayos ta ang mga tinampo kina naka taw kita ning mga hanap-buhay sa taw”, Mayor Caloy said.
