The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management-Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Council (MDRRM-CCAMC) passed Resolution No. 6-2024, expressing its sincere appreciation to the outgoing Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs) of Camalig, Albay.
 
Outgoing PSDS of Camalig South District, Ma. Theresa Nasayao, and from Camalig North District, Salvacion Orais, have served as members of MDRRM-CCAMC who demonstrated dedication and significantly contributed to the advancement of educational policies and practices towards resilient learning.
 
Camalig Local Chief Executive, Hon. Carlos “Caloy” Irwin G. Baldo Jr. expressed his gratitude to the outgoing PSDSs, highlighting that despite various challenges, they acted as the arm of LGU-Camalig in carrying out quality and unhampered education.
 
“Kamo ang naging partner namun sa pag padagos ning klase san naka-aging pandemic pati Mayon volcano eruption. Di namun yan malilingawan”, the Mayor emphasized in his message during the send-off and welcome ceremony of PSDSs held yesterday at the Wyndale Hotel, Brgy. Baligang, Camalig, Albay.
 
Mayor Caloy also welcomed the newly-installed PSDS of Camalig North District, Aileen P. Manzanilla and from Camalig South District, Rodel B. Salting, encouraging them to continuously implement competitive policies and learning resources aimed at providing quality and holistic education to every Camaligueño learner.
