Regarded as one of the current administration’s flagship programs, with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) at the forefront, the project seeks to address the community’s housin
g needs by providing families with affordable and quality homes.

During the meeting, discussions focused on the project’s requirements, which include the development of 4 to 10 hectares of land into a 10 to 20-storey condominium building. Said structure is expected to accommodate up to 10,000 families, and is set to serve both residential and commercial purposes.
A potential site for the construction of the building has been identified in Brgy. Salugan due to its strategic geographical location and the ability to support the proposed housing scale.
LGU-Camalig and JMedina Builders are set to convene regularly to further discuss future developments of the said housing project.
