Albay was one of the chosen study sites of a project entitled “Development of Novel Disease Management System of Banana and Cacao “- a 5 year project that seeks to develop a technology for pests and disease management of banana and cacao in the Philippines.
Personnel from the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) have shared Camalig’s best farming management and practices for preserving its rich and growing lands of cacao and bananas in town.
