In collaboration with the Albay Veterinary Office (AVO), the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) have started the conduct of veterinary mission to small and large ruminants in Camalig, Albay.
Held particularly at barangays of Anoling, Sua, and Quirangay, a total of 80 heads have so far been aided with services such as vitamins supplementation, deworming, estrus synchronization, and consultation.
More areas in Camalig are scheduled to receive said services to ensure the welfare, safety, and health of animals by providing preventive veterinary care.
This further aligns with the goals of LGU-Camalig in keeping that the agriculture sector receives necessary support to secure the sustainability of livestock industry in town.
