During the night before Easter Sunday, Camalig’s faithful united at the St. John the Baptist Parish to light candles and participate in a service celebrating Jesus’ resurrection, symbolized by the ceremonial “Blessing of the Fire”.

 

Further, the sacrament of baptism was also celebrated with the “Adultong Pagbunyag”, with the church welcoming 14 individuals into the folds of the Catholic faith.
