In celebration of the Christmas season, Town Mayor Hon. Carlos “Caloy” Irwin G. Baldo Jr., along with the Camalig Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), and officers from the Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDDS), delivered cooking supplies to 702 famillies across Camalig.

 

The gift-giving activity, held on Friday, December 6, 2024, prioritized barangays participating in the Revitalized Pulis Sa Barangay (R-PSB) program. These included Barangays Magogon, Del Rosario, Taplacon, Solong, and Pariaan.

 

Mayor Caloy, in his message, emphasized the importance of spreading joy during the Christmas season, saying, “Gusto namin na mapasaya kayo kasi yan ang importante. Kahit simple lang ang handaan ngayong pasko, ang importante, buo at masaya ang ating mga pamilya. Sana maramdaman nating lahat ang Christmas.”
